1. Sales/Marketing - We have developed a new revolution to online databases.  A self contained, database driven, realestate website.  We have also devised a way to minimize production costs of these sites to create a product that sells for $2000 to $3000.  We need experienced sales people from around the world to help us to distribute this product.

We offer a highly competitive commission plan that can earn you up to 50% of the net (about 40% of the gross) on a sale.  Please go to the online application (notice it uses https:// which means that it is using SSL security to store your information), and be prepared to submit your resume and contacts.

Please note, this is a commission only position - you will be considered a private consultant - there are no benefits included in this position.

At one sale per week, you can make a base over $50,000 per year, plus have some monthly residual income of up to $1250 per month (Paid on an annual basis).  Our hopes are that this product will sell itself, we just need some professional representation in different areas across the US and around the world.

Position Requirements: Professional appearance, Sales Experience, some knowledge of the Internet (We will teach you what you need to know however), Good Self Motivation

Commission Plan: First Sale - 40% of gross, Sale # 2 through 5 - 20% of gross, Sale # 6 through 10 - 25% of gross, Sale # 11 through 20 - 30% of gross, Sale # 21 through 35 - 35% of gross, any sale after your 35'th sale you receive 40% of gross.

Monthly Residual Plan - Will be paid on December 1 of every  year for as long as we have the client (as long as you left our company on good terms). Ranges from $1 to $25 per client per month.  This will be discussed on a personal basis.

As the company and this product grows, we will be needing regional managers.  These will hopefully be chosen from within, and will get a percentage of all sales sold under them.
